Game progress

Your puzzles, notes, timers, themes, settings and streak are stored on your Android device. The app does not provide a Dedimi login or cloud synchronisation and does not send your puzzle progress to Dedimi. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can delete progress. Android app backup and device transfer are disabled for this app.

Membership

Google Play processes subscription purchases and payment details. The app uses signed purchase records, product identifiers and purchase tokens supplied by Google Play to check membership and acknowledge completed purchases. These checks do not send your card or bank details to Dedimi. Restoring purchases checks membership for your Google Play account; it does not restore puzzle progress. Google may retain transaction information under its own policies and legal obligations.

Advertising and privacy choices

Free play includes Google AdMob adverts. Google’s advertising SDK collects and shares IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and account identifiers including the Android advertising ID where available, app/ad interactions, and diagnostic information. These are used to deliver and measure advertising, analyse performance and prevent fraud. The app does not request GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access.

Google’s consent service presents available advertising choices where required. Open the app menu and select Advertising privacy choices to revisit available choices. Consent can be withdrawn through the available controls. Android settings also let you reset or delete your advertising ID. Choosing against personalised ads does not necessarily stop all advertising or all processing needed for permitted limited ads. Ordinary puzzle play remains available when an ad cannot be loaded; optional hints or theme rewards require completion of the chosen rewarded advert.

An active membership removes adverts. Consent and purchase services may still communicate with Google. There is no separate Dedimi analytics SDK in this version.

Support and business records

If you email us, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, full payment details or unnecessary personal information. We use support information to answer your request and investigate problems. Dedimi’s support email is hosted by IONOS. Email and technical-support providers may process this information for us.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use information needed to deliver membership and respond to contractual service requests to perform our contract with you. We rely on consent for advertising storage/access and processing where required. We use legitimate interests for proportionate support, security and fraud prevention where applicable, and legal obligations for records we must retain. Google’s own policies explain its processing and legal grounds.

Retention and international processing

Local progress remains until you remove it through Android app storage controls or uninstall the app. We delete resolved support emails 12 months after the request is resolved, unless specific information is needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation. In those cases, we keep only what is necessary. Google controls retention of the information it processes under its own policies. Our service providers may process information outside the UK; applicable safeguards are required for restricted international transfers. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and request a portable copy of personal information. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact dedimi@dedimi.com. We cannot retrieve game progress stored only on your device. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/.

Intended audience

The app is designed and marketed for adults and is not directed to children. It is an ordinary Sudoku puzzle game and contains no adult-content feature. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Dedimi, contact us.
