Winter Pavilion lI: The Party

The Royal Pavilion is the eccentric holiday palace of King George IV and is stunning at anytime of the year. 

This beautiful print depicts it in its wintry spectacular glory, where its grounds are converted into an ice rink. 

Over 50 skaters adorn the ice. Look a little closer and you might just recognise some familiar faces; each with their own unique link to The Dome, once the stables for the King’s horses in the Royal Pavilion Gardens.
